Thank you for choosing Kinetic Path.
These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable training experience for all clients.
By booking a session or package, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking
‍
1.1 All training sessions and packages must be booked in advance.
1.2 Kinetic Path offers training packages of 5 sessions and 10 sessions. Package pricing, validity periods, and any promotional offers will be communicated at the time of purchase.
1.3 Package validity begins on the date of the first scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4 Package validity periods are as follows:
– 5-session packages must be used within 8 weeks of the first scheduled session.
– 10-session packages must be used within 16 weeks of the first scheduled session.
1.5 Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing by Kinetic Path due to exceptional circumstances.
1.6 All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

2. Health Screening & Initial Assessment
2.1 Before commencing training, clients must complete any required health and medical questionnaires honestly and accurately.
2.2 The first session includes an initial assessment, which may involve:
– Postural analysis
– Mobility and flexibility testing
– Strength and fitness assessments
– Blood pressure screening (where appropriate)
– Goal setting and training recommendations
2.3 To ensure accurate assessment results, clients are advised to avoid caffeine, strenuous exercise, alcohol, or other factors that may affect blood pressure or performance before the session.
2.4 Clients are responsible for informing Kinetic Path of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or changes in health status that may affect participation.

3. Personal Responsibility & Medical Clearance
3.1 Participation in functional training, Pilates, dance, and related fitness activities is voluntary and undertaken at the client’s own risk.
3.2 Clients should seek medical advice before beginning any exercise programme if they have concerns regarding their health.
3.3 Clients confirm that they are physically able to participate in exercise activities and agree to immediately inform Kinetic Path of any discomfort, pain, injury, or medical concern that arises during training.
3.4 Kinetic Path reserves the right to refuse or suspend training where participation may pose a health or safety risk.

4. What to Bring
Clients are requested to bring:
– A yoga or exercise mat( if needed)
– Water bottle
– Towel
– Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and exercise
If assistance is needed in sourcing suitable equipment, recommendations can be provided.

5. Session Scheduling
5.1 Regular training times and days will be agreed upon between the client and Kinetic Path.
5.2 While every effort will be made to maintain consistent scheduling, session times may occasionally be adjusted based on availability, venue requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.3 Any scheduling changes will be communicated as early as possible.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
6.1 Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
6.2 Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered used and deducted from the client’s package.
6.3 Kinetic Path understands that emergencies occur. Where possible, an effort will be made to reschedule late cancellations within the same week; however, this cannot be guaranteed and remains at Kinetic Path’s discretion.
6.4 Missed sessions without notice (“no-shows”) will be forfeited in full.

7. Lateness Policy
7.1 Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions.
7.2 Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.
7.3 Sessions will finish at the originally scheduled end time regardless of arrival time.

8. Trainer Cancellations
8.1 If Kinetic Path needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:
– A replacement session
– A rescheduled appointment
– An extension to their package validity period where appropriate
8.2 No session will be deducted from the client’s package when cancellation is initiated by Kinetic Path.

9. Weather Policy (Outdoor Sessions)
For outdoor sessions, if weather conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable, Kinetic Path may:
Move the session to a covered or indoor location
Reschedule the session within the same week
Conduct the session online via Zoom or another agreed platform
Weather decisions will be made as close to the session time as reasonably possible.

10. Online Training Sessions
10.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:
– A suitable exercise space
– Reliable internet access
– Appropriate equipment where required
10.2 The same cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to online sessions.

11. Progress Tracking
11.1 Clients are encouraged to track progress through:
– Progress photographs
– Measurements
– Strength and fitness assessments
– Mobility and movement evaluations
11.2 Progress photos are entirely optional and remain the property of the client unless separate written consent is provided for their use.
11.3 By attending a session with Kinetic Path you are consenting to these Terms & Conditions, clients consent also to Kinetic Path recording assessment results and progress data for coaching and programme development purposes.

12. Referral Programme
12.1 Existing clients who refer a new client will receive one complimentary session when the referred client purchases a package of 5 sessions or 10 sessions.
12.2 Complimentary sessions:
– Cannot be exchanged for cash
– Are non-transferable
– Must be used within the validity period specified by Kinetic Path
12.3 Kinetic Path reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.

13. Liability Waiver
13.1 While every effort is made to provide safe and effective instruction, Kinetic Path cannot guarantee specific results.
13.2 Clients acknowledge that participation in functional training, Pilates, dance, and related exercise activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, falls, injury, illness, or accidents.
13.3 Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and accept full responsibility for their own health and wellbeing during training sessions.
13.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinetic Path shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in training sessions, except where caused by proven negligence.

14. Privacy & Confidentiality
14.1 All personal information collected will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of providing coaching and training services.
14.2 Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
14.3 Any photographs, testimonials, videos, or social media content featuring clients will only be used with the client’s prior written consent.

15. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and attending training sessions with Kinetic Path, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
