With over a decade of experience in dance, Pilates, and personal training, I’ve developed a distinctive approach to movement that blends strength, control, and expression all driven by the power of kinetic energy.

Since I started working with Kevin the biggest difference has been the attention to detail and how he pushes me. Kevin corrects small things in my form that I wouldn’t notice myself, which makes a huge difference, and at the same time he always gets me to go beyond what I would do on my own by adding that extra rep or set. It's been having a big impact on my progress and how confident I feel training.
